Terms and Conditions of Remote Support

In order for NCC to assist you, this remote support software will allow us to obtain remote control of your computer.

This remote Desktop support session is a chargeable service. Whether time rendered is remote or telephonic, it is billed pro-rate per minute and carries a minimum cost of:
Normal priority: R 180.00
High priority: R 250.00
Time rendered under service and support contracts is excluded.

Standard Callout tariffs will apply for advanced support
(e.g. Server, VM, Firewall and Vlan)

During the support session, NCC will be able to see information displayed on your computer.
