Our offices will be closed from 26 March 2020 at 17:00 for 21 continuous days in response to the national lockdown.
However, NCC falls in the category of essential ICT and telecommunications services and will remain available for network maintenance and support to our infrastructure as well as to clients who fall within the scope of other essential services.
Our NOC engineers are available for remote support during standard working hours to clients whose businesses or home services fall under non-essential services.
Please take note that on-site support for non-essential services is prohibited by government and that our engineers will and must comply.
We are unfortunately unable to predict stock availability as we are unsure of the individual response and circumstances of our suppliers.
